Does Konig offer self tensioning snow chains that fit a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee? The tire size is 265/60-18.

We do indeed offer Konig self-tensioning tire chains for the 265/60-18 tires on a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee.
The owner's manual states that Class S chains should be used, and should only be placed in the rear tires. The part # TH2004705265 chains you'd looked at are classified as Class S, so they'll offer the proper amount of clearance to the wheel well and to the inside of the tire so it won't damage brake or suspension components. The chains are indeed compatible with your 265/60-18 tires.
I'll link an install/demonstration video for you. I'd highly recommend doing a dry run of the installation in your driveway or garage so you become familiarized with the install process in a safe place. The side of the road isn't the best place to install the chains for the first time.
