For a great trunk bike rack that fits your 2022 Honda CR-V with a rear spoiler, I recommend the Saris Bones EX 2 Bike Rack - Adjustable Arms - Trunk Mount # SAR83FR. The arched base of the Bones EX 2 fit over most sedan, hatchback, and SUV spoilers.

If you are planning to use women's bikes, children's bikes, or step-thru bikes, I recommend using the Saris Bike Beam # SA3040 to make sure they attach to the arms of the rack.
