I have a great bike rack solution for you. Unfortunately, since your Aventon Adventure E-Bike weighs 73 pounds, it exceeds any maximum weight capacity of a bike rack with an integrated ramp option. With that being said, if you absolutely need a ramp feature, I recommend the Ultra-Fab Dirt Bike Carrier for 2" Hitches - With Ramp # UF48-979033. Not only will this be able to mount with a compatible 2-inch hitch on both your Toyota RAV4 and your GulfStream Conquest Class C motorhome, it comes with a ramp to help you with loading. It can also accommodate your fat 4-inch wide tires. It is important to note that the distance between the ground and the bottom lip of the receiver must not exceed 18 inches high.
If you need straps to fasten down the bike, I recommend ratcheting straps like the Erickson Motorcycle and ATV Tie-Downs w Soft Ties and TCS Buckles - 1"x6' - 400 lbs # EM05729. For a locking hitch pin for protection of the rack, that is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitch - Flush # e98882.
If you need a hitch receiver on your RV, a great option is the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 66" Wide # C13704. Since this hitch comes with adjustable brackets, you can attach this hitch as long as your RV's frame is between 22 and 66 inches from left-to-right. I recommend measuring your motorhome's frame to make sure it is compatible.
As far as your Toyota RAV4, feel free to respond to this answer with the year of your model and I will be happy to recommend you the best hitch.
