The safety chains/cables like the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643 do not attach to the Curt Tow Bar with Adjustable-Width Arms - Car Mount # C19745. Instead they'd be secured to the base plate of the towed vehicle and the RV. That way if the tow bar gets disconnected from the towed vehicle, the safety chains are still attached to the vehicle and RV.
The Roadmaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643 is a great option, that feature a coiled design to keep your safety cables off the ground and provide a clean look when in use and when not in use. These cables also have a maximum length of 68" and have a maximum capacity of 6,000-lbs, which should be more than enough for your Wrangler.
