Part #MR76ZR. Shackle is 3 1/8”. What does that measurement tell me. Is it center of bolt to bolt or overall length of shackles? Thanks

The 3-1/8" length of the MORryde Suspension Upgrade Kit for Tandem Axle Trailers part # MR76ZR is measured from the center of each hole on the shackle strap which is how shackle straps are measured. If you instead have the shorter 2-1/4" shackle straps you'll want to use part # MR46ZR instead.
