Jeff Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a look at the leaf spring bronze bushing for a quantity of one. Now this part will replace one bronze-eye bushing for your Lippert Equa-Flex or the Center Point Equal-i-zer systems. Those systems come with these bronze bushings. Now these are designed to work with the 1 3/4 inch-wide leaf springs and equalizers. They will work on most leaf springs and equalizers.
Now this is going to be a direct replacement for the typical nylon bushings that are going to come in your factory suspension components. The nylon bushings do the job, but they're not designed to last forever. What's nice with these bronze bushings, they'll work well with the wet suspension bolts that allow you to pump grease into the bolt, and that grease will lubricate the inside of this bushing and give you a lot longer life on your suspension system. Few specs on this, the length is gonna be right at 1 3/4 inches, inner diameter is .58 of an inch, and the outer diameter is 0.70 of an inch. But that should do it for the review on this leaf spring bronze bushing for a quantity of one..
I installed bronze bushings and wet bolts when my new 2018 Bighorn 3575EL had 5k miles on it. 50,000 miles later, I broke a leaf spring. Upon inspection during the replacement of the spring, I discovered that the bushings had failed on frame mounted side of each leaf spring. The original plastic bushings were destroyed by the 5000 mile mark, so these are by far better than the OEM. I will plan on inspecting these at 40K miles.
Great parts, exactly what i ordered and should be able to put back together and have a solid suspension.
Perfect quality.
Delivery time was not good.
One day delivery took four days.
It was a perfect fit on my CRE3000 suspension. The old nut will not fit this wet bolt so you will need to find a new flange nut for it.
Parts are as described. Fit well and no problems at all with them.

Still.working just fine. Appreciate the fact people still believe in grease zerks,extends life amazingly.
I found worn links on my suspension.Why not change bushings at same time.I had the permeated bushings which LCI sold several years ago. They no longer sell them, and have gone back to the greasable bolt asm. Etrailer had the best price for these.

Not many miles added due to medical things, but appear to be in good shape yet.Used on a previous 5er, with many,many miles.
The bushings are top-of-the-line, but using the US postal service degraded the transaction. They keep asking for more money and their service keeps getting worse. Delivery was two days longer than promised.

Its been a year since I installed your bushings and they are holding up well through many miles of use.
A bolt is a bolt, but customer service is what it is about. The original shipment arrived and the bolt had slipped out of the package. I notified etrailer and they had a replacement on the way the next day. They are worth the little extra you may pay over other vendors.
The bushings arrived on time and fit pe rfectly.
