I would like a recommendation for a hitch that fits my 2022 Sienna XSE please.

I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C22UR for your 2022 Toyota Sienna XSE. It is a custom fit Class III hitch with a 2" receiver. This hitch has a max gross trailer weight of 3,500 lbs and tongue weight of 350 lbs. The # C22UR has a gloss black powder coat finish and a sturdy steel construction. It also comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

If you plan on towing, I also recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # TK69FR. This plugs directly into existing wiring to give you a 4-way connection to power your trailer's signal lights. I would go with the Tekonsha over other options since we have found it to be the most reliable.

If you also need a ball mount, check out the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit has two ball mounts, one with a 3/4" rise or 2" drop and the other with a 2-3/4" rise or 4" drop. It also comes with a 1-7/8" and 2" ball, as well as a ball mount bag to store everything in.
