Other than the number of mirrors involved in the two models, the biggest difference is the straps of KS69ZR and the ratchet arrangement of KS3891. Which holds tighter on mirror for 2020 Highlander?

The main difference between the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors part # KS69ZR and part # KS3891-2 is the ratchet mechanism of the latter. The ratchet mechanism makes for a faster install and removal. That said, they both have an equally tight fit on the mirrors. I have used both and I do like the ratchet mechanism due to the ease of use advantage.
