Under Bed 5TH Wheel Hitch Mounting Points For a 2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty

I have a 2016 f350 single rear wheel. It has 4 holes in the bed with under bed mounts. Obviously has a hitch there before. How can I tell what hitch I would need?

I was unable to locate any under bed rail system that matches the mounting points and cut outs that you have in your bed on your 2016 Ford F-350 Super Duty. This may have been a system that was discontinued by the manufacturer.
I recommend replacing your current under bed mounts with the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel and Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # RP30126. This will allow you to use the more common Reese Elite mounting points like what comes in the Ford Trucks that have the in bed hitch system. For a short bed you would be looking at the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3370. Or for short beds with a pivoting pin box or long bed trucks a Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30922.
The Reese Elite Series Under-Bed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch Head Kit # RP30138 can also be added if you will need to do any gooseneck towing.
