This heavy-duty underbed hitch is designed for serious towing strength. Rated to 35,000 lbs gross towing weight, it’s made from sturdy steel with a corrosion-resistant a-coat finish for lasting durability. Whether you’re pulling livestock, equipment, or large RV trailers, the secure ball-bearing locking system delivers a dependable connection that holds tight under heavy load.
When you’re done towing, just lift and turn the integrated lever to unlock the pop-in ball and pull it out. The below-bed design leaves only the ball hole visible, giving you complete bed access with nothing in the way. The compact system keeps your bed clear for hauling gear or supplies and keeps your work area uncluttered.
Installing this hitch doesn’t require a shop or extra set of hands. The bolt-on design uses compact, easy-to-lift sections that one person can hold in place. There’s no welding or frame drilling required—just drill the holes in the bed surface for the ball and safety chains. With fewer steps and parts than many other systems, setup stays straightforward from start to finish.
The integrated 5/8" thick, spring-loaded safety chain hookups give you a strong attachment point that’s always ready when you need it. They sit flush with the bed when not in use and pop up smoothly when you’re connecting your trailer, keeping everything tight, safe, and out of the way.

Great product. Gives us more options here in Australia
Easy to install, I would give 5 Stars but I had to trim one of the safety chain U-bolts as it contacted the exhaust.
I did not have to drop the spair tire or the heat shield.
This is a great product! Fast shipping and awesome fit!
I would highly recommend this hitch to any one out there looking for a goose neck hook up!
Awesome product, easy install except for I'm not as young as I used to be, but still was able to completely install by myself in two hours, great hitch.
Had same hitch in my 2016 Ram 2500 and loved it. I got same brand again for my new truck. Easy install and good and strong hitch.
WORKS GOOD BUT THE SAFETY CHAIN UBOLT ON RIGHT SIDE HITS EXHAUST PIPE AND RATTLES
Does exactly what it is supposed to do, I would give it five stars but the loop for the safety chain on the right side touches the muffler when retracted and rattles.
I am not blowing smoke, this is the best website and customer service I have ever experienced ordering online. I ordered a hitch and safety chains and come to find out the safety chains were back ordered. They reached out and recommended different safety chains right away. Unless I wanted to wait for the ones I ordered. I did not go with those chains and canceled the chains all together. The website walked me through so easily on my end to modify my order. Then on their end they replaced the money back into my account from the first purchase and then charged my account for the modification. Within 30 minutes everything was straightened out. I don’t normally do reviews, but this was Great customer service! Thank your etrailer.com!
Easy to install. After one year the ball goes in and out easy. ( I always keep it lubed) I coated the hitch with epoxy paint to prevent corrosion. Highly recommended.
Installation was pretty easy. It took about 2 hrs. Only issue was the exhaust pipe that rubbed the safety hooks when they are in the down position. Nothing that a bandsaw couldn't fix. Installed on a 2019 Ram 2500. Works great.
I watched the video and then installed it in my 2019 Ram 2500. It took me about 2hrs. It takes longer to take the spare and heat shield and put back than the job itself

Still works great.
very high quality product. Installed in a couple hours. Only hiccup was not double checking the centering guide had not spilled out. Mine did and I had to undo the 4 big bolts, fortunatley I had not torqued them yet. Other than that, the install was seemless.
Installed this gooseneck hitch by myself. Had to remove the exhaust and the spare tire and shield around It. Drilling holes in the bed of a new truck was a bit nerve racking. Was a little hard to drill the pilot hole from underneath because of the truck’s differential but it went ok. That’s one reason for 4/5 stars and the safety chain loops would be better positioned in the recessed part of the bed ribs instead of the raised portion. Also I had to cut 1/4” off the loop over the exhaust because it was touching and vibrating. Overall it’s a good hitch and has worked well so far.
GREAT OEM REPLACEMENT AND FAST SERVICE. THE FOLLOW UP IS GREAT ALSO
I like everything except. One of the u bolt’s for the safety touches the top of the crossover pipe under the bed. I keep a towel under it so it doesn’t rub a hole in my pipe. I followed the directions and used what came with it to lay it out. So I don’t know how that happened.

The hitch is great. The only thing I have a concern about, it may be my fault. One of the safety chains u-bolts rests on my tailpipe. I have it held up with a rag.
Works great easy to install
Hitch fits like a glove, quality material, the so called 320 ft. Torque is a pain in the butt, the wrench is over 3 ft. Long and could only get on one bolt, you would have to remove the bed to get to all of them. Resorted to using cordless impact that does 600 ft. And having to use a swivel, cross the fingers that the swivel doesn't break and it is tight enough. The instructions said 45 minutes for professional and 90 for novice. It's pretty good timing but you can't tell me the pro. Pulled the bed to torque it in 45 minutes.
Product is good quality
Fit right in. Two person job because of the weight. Good quality.
The chain hook U bolt hits the exhaust so it rattles. The U bolts also stick up too much in the bed. They should be moved in between the humps in the bed and not on top of the humps.
This was a new installation for my 2023 Ram 2500. The fit was perfect. The install instructions were easy to follow and accurate. I did the job myself with the help of my son, without a hoist. You do need mussel.

Glad you had some help on the install - what are sons for if not this? haha I'm going to tell my 2 year old he better start preparing now and start pumping some iron. ;) What are you towing?
Hitch was easy to install. Able to do by yourself but a buddy helps tremendously. Room to torque is the biggest hurdle.
Great all in one kit! Had everything I needed to get my truck and trailer in the road!

I reached out to the manufacturer about this and they said that RAM used two different exhausts when manufacturing this kind of truck, a twenty twenty one RAM twenty five hundred. They said using shorter U bolts should do the trick.
