You can definitely use a fifth wheel hitch on your 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 2500, but it will have to be a sliding fifth wheel hitch. Without the sliding action, your fifth wheel trailer can hit the rear of your trucks cab on sharp turns. The slider creates more room between your fifth wheel trailer and the cabin of your truck during towing, eliminating this potential problem.
