Will Plastic Bed Liner Need to be Modified to Fit Erickson Ladder Rack on 2020 Ford Ranger

Question:

Hi, my Ranger has a plastic bed liner. Your website says some modification may be needed to install. The installation video on your site also references some finangalling might be necessary to install, but does not mention any drilling is necessary. Are you confident this can be installed on my truck without cutting or drilling?

Since we were able to install the Erickson Truck Bed Ladder Rack # EM07705 on a 2020 Ford Ranger with a plastic drop-in liner and we didn't have to modify anything, I'm very confident that you won't have to modify anything for your application either if you install it in the same locations that we did.

The only reason that we have those disclaimers is because sometimes the mounting locations for those legs can vary depending on the length of the load you need to carry. If the plastic liner happened to be in the way for where you needed the legs of the ladder rack positioned then that's when you might have to do some modification.
