Question:

I want to get a hitch and wiring put on my new 2022 Honda CR-V, but I am having trouble with the hitch. I already have the tekonsha 118741 wiring in my cart, but which hitch do you recommend? I dont want to have to trim the bumper if at all possible.

All the hitches available for your 2022 Honda CR-V will require trimming of the bumper fascia, but it is very minimal with the etrailer.com Class III Hitch # e98848. I included a diagram of what this will be and you can see that it really isn't much that needs to be trimmed. The matte black finish will also not be as obvious as other hitches, so I think they look a lot more factory, for the lack of a better way to put it.

For the wiring, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118741. This is a direct plug and play harness and I have found Tekonsha to make the longest lived products out of all the brands we currently carry. This and the # e98848 hitch will have no issues fitting All Wheel Drive or Front Wheel Drive models as well.
