Question:
Im looking for a black locking paddle latch that has a center cam latch. The door lifts up. The paddle latch lifts up. 4.5 x 5 external measurements. The original latch was made by FAST TEC. Hart trailers sent me to you. Thanks

Thank you for the description and photo! Based on what you've sent me it looks like the Global Link RV Baggage Door Slam Latch # 295-000015 is what you're looking for. The outside dimensions of the plate matches the 4.5 x 5 measurements that you took.
