So bought the Redarc and a Tekonsha 3073-P from etrailer. From watching your install video it looks like I still need an adapter to connect the 3073-P to the Redarc. Help please.

Yes, you will need a Redarc Tow-Pro Wiring Adapter for Tekonsha Brake Controller Harness # 331-TPH-017 to connect the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR and Tekonsha Custom Wiring Adapter # 3073-P.
I have linked an installation video below that shows how all the pieces connect and are installed on your 2020 Jeep Gladiator.
