Is Redarc tow-pro elite brake controller for 2022 jeep gladiator with factory tow package a plug and play option? If so, what do I need to buy for the plug-in connectors and controller?

Yes it is, the Tow-Pro brake controller is indeed a plug-and-play install without any added wiring needed for your 2022 Jeep Gladiator with the factory tow package. You'll need a couple different parts though, which are the following:

- Redarc Tow-Pro Elite Trailer Brake Controller # RED44FR

- Tekonsha Custom Wiring Adapter # 3073-P

- Redarc Tow-Pro Wiring Adapter for Tekonsha Brake Controller Harness # 331-TPH-017

Since the Tekonsha adapter doesn't plug into the Tow-Pro Elite controller, Redarc made an adapter, which will plug in right between the brake controller and wiring harness. So that makes it a plug-and-play install, it's just that there are two plugs.
