There are coupler locks that can be keyed-alike, but the Master Lock Trigger Style Coupler Lock # 605DAT that you referenced cannot.

Check out the Trailer Coupler Lock # e98884. You can order these keyed-alike if you select that feature before you hit add to cart.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
