The Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Bed Ladder Rack, # Y01151-5868 is my recommendation for your 2019 Toyota Tacoma with a 6 Foot Bed. Pair this to the RetraxONE XR Hard Tonneau Cover, # RTT-60852 using the Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit for Yakima OverHaul HD, # Y01155.
I like the height adjustments on the Yakima OverHaul, # Y01151-5868 and another nice feature is the t-slots in the bars that allow you to mount accessories such as eye bolts, # Y01162 for tie down points.
