I just heard back from my rep at Dexter Axle who said that your axle uses inner bearing item # L68149, outer bearing item # L44649, and the grease seal is item # 58846. All of these can be found in the kit item # BK2-100 you referenced. If you would like a recommendation on brakes email me back your hub size and I would be happy to find a set to fit your axle. I recommend the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Kit - 10" - Left and Right Hand Assemblies - 3.5K item # 23-468-469 for a 3500 hub that uses bearing kit item # BK2-100.
