Expert Reply:

First you will need the base plate, I recommend the etrailer Invisible Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # e98950. This provides the mounting points to connect the tow bar to your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Next the tow bar and safety cables, I recommend the Blue Ox Avail Non-Binding Tow Bar - Motorhome Mount - 2" Hitch - 10,000 lbs # BX7420. The cables are included with this tow bar so you wont need to buy them seperate.

For wiring and electrical I recommend the Roadmaster Universal Hy-Power Diode Wiring Kit # RM-154.

Your braking system I suggest the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System - Proportional # BLU37TR. Just make sure you have a constant 12v power supply available and going to it. If you need one you can use the 12 Volt Outlet Kit, 20 amps # RM-9332

Lastly you want to make sure your toad vehicle and your towing vehicle are on a level plane so you don't cause any premature wear and tear to your suspension system. I recommend the Roadmaster High-Low Adapter for Tow Bars - 2" Hitches - 4" Rise/Drop - 10K GTW, 400 lbs TW # RM-048-4.

While on a flat surface measure from the ground to the center of the hitch receiver hole, and then measure from the ground to the connection point on your base plate. You want those numbers to be within 3 inches of each other. You can use the 4 inch high/low to move this up or down to get within the range needed.
