The Curt Hitch - 2" # C22HR does not require any body modification for installation on your 2022 Acura MDX. It includes a simple installation that only takes about 30 minutes to complete. It is important to note that this hitch will not allow you to carry a full-sized spare tire. Currently, we unfortunately do not have a hitch that will allow you to do this.
