Yes the Brophy Camper Tie Downs part # HSAB is a confirmed fit for your 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 Z71 extended cab.
If you wanted the best tie downs the Torklift tie downs part # TLC2207 and # TLC3203 are a confirmed fit for your truck and offer the best solution as they attach directly to the truck frame for a very secure and solid mount. Running boards are boards that run under the cab of the truck and a hitch would be the square opening at the rear of the truck that a ball mount would insert into to tow a trailer.
