I was able to get a dimensional drawing from Buyers Products which I have attached below. The Buyers Products Coupler w/ 5-Position Adjustable Channel - Weld-On - 2" Ball - 10,000 lbs # 3370091545 has 6 mounting holes on each side, providing 5 different mounting positions.

It uses a 2" ball and has a 10,000 lb weight capacity. The channel bracket dimensions are 11-5/8" tall x 2-15/16" wide x 2-7/16" deep and the wall thickness is 1/2". The mounting holes are 2" on center and the bolt diameter is 5/8".
