What is the difference other than stud size between disc brake kit HYD54FR and HSE7K-TR1? Thanks

There isn't any. The HydraStar Disc Brake Kit # HYD54FR uses 9/16" wheel studs while the HydraStar Disc Brake Kit # HSE7K-TR1 uses 1/2" wheel studs.
