We have a 2016 Chrysler town and county and the steering wheel does not lock can I use the seat belt to secure the steering wheel?

Expert Reply:
I'm not sure that a seat belt could be made snug enough to prevent the wheel from moving.
I spoke with the folks at Roadmaster, who recommend using a ratchet strap like # IMF13757 looped around the seat bottom and the steering wheel, at the bottom or 6:00 position of the steering wheel.
