The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SS65FR are confirmed to fit your 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4. However, I would not recommend them. Since the AT4 has a 2" lift, the SumoSprings would likely be ineffective unless you are experiencing a lot of sag under a heavy load. They already require some sag before they engage, so the additional lift will increase the distance they need to move before they start to work.

Instead, I recommend the RoadActive Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS4611. The RAS system attaches to your factory leaf springs, turning them into a mechanically active suspension system. These will help improve handling and stability, as well as extend the life of your leaf springs and shocks. The spring automatically adjusts to your vehicle's load to support extra weight or disengage when unloaded.
