Question:
I want to supply a Little Red Campfire with my 30 lb LP gas cylinder on my trailer. 1. As there are two ports on the MB Sturgi T-Fitting and I will only be using the one I assume the disposable cylinder port, how do you stop gas from flowing from the unused port female inverted flair? 2. When the Little Red Campfire is stored and we are traveling, how do you shutoff the port that feeds the campfire? Can the hose be left attached. 3. It appears that the Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting has to installed and removed with every use of the campfire???

You do not need to do anything to the MB Sturgis Sturgi-Stay T-Fitting for Type 1 Valve - 1/4" FIF and Disposable Cylinder Ports # 103612-MBS to prevent propane from coming out of unused ports/connections. They are sealed until a hose or accessory is attached to it.
When the Little Red Campfire Portable Gas Campfire # CAM58031 is stored I recommend disconnecting the propane lines to be on the safe side of caution. You could leave it attached but if the valve at the tank is not completely closed propane will still be able to travel into the line and the accessory. So detaching the line from the source will prevent this completely.
No, you do not need to remove the Tee fitting, once installed you can leave it in place and it will be perfectly fine.
