Though it will ultimately depend on the style of your coupler, we do have a few options available for you to check out.
First is the Blaylock EZ Lock Gooseneck Coupler Lock Combo # BLTL-57-40D2. This includes a lock for your coupler as well as for the set screw that holds the coupler in the frame tube. This will fit most adjustable RAM gooseneck couplers, like the # GCPN-25008, but it is kind of limited to that. This is a very common and popular style though, so it may be right for you.
If you have a Bulldog coupler, like the # BD0288660300, you can also use the AMPLock Trailer Coupler Lock # AMP69FR. This will lock into the hole the release handle slides into and prevents the coupler from being opened. Little hard to explain without seeing this, so I included a review video showing it more clearly.
Another potential option is the Curt Tri-Ball Trailer Coupler Lock # C48CR. This is technically a standard trailer coupler lock, but may also work. It will require a 1/4" hole in the release lever on your coupler that can have a pin inserted to keep it from being used, but if you have that, this will lock it nicely. The 2-5/16" ball will be inserted in the coupler and then the latch will be locked with the 1/4" pin. Kind of an odd solution, but an interesting one none the less.
If you can send a few pictures of what your coupler looks like, I can definitely make a more finite recommendation as well.
