So I bought a prius with Rola roof racks, how can I load my 12ft 6 in kayak and my wifes stand up paddle board?

Your wife's SUP will have to be carried flat on the roof of your Prius. If you want to make the best use of the space on the roof of your Toyota Prius, my recommendation would be combining a SUP carrier and a j-cradle kayak carrier due to the length of your kayak. There are two caveats. First, if your Rola roof rack has crossbars that terminate at the tower, instead of extending past the towers. There might not be anything you can do to make this work because there will not be enough room to carry the kayak and the SUP together. Since your kayak is longer than 10', you will not be able to carry it with a kayak stacker. In order to carry both of these items on your roof you will at least need medium size crossbars. They are usually at least 58".

If your crossbars are long enough, my recommendation for your SUP is the Rhino-Rack Nautic Roof SUP or Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - Side Loading - Clamp On, part # RR570. This rack can carry one SUP.
