Can I upgrade a 24’ enclosed trailer from: 5,200# axles to 7,000# straight axles?

Yes, you can upgrade your 24' enclosed trailer's 5,200 lbs axles to 7,000 lbs straight axles. You'll need to upgrade your trailers suspension components, hubs, and wheels/tires. You will want to measure your current axle to ensure fit. I have attached a diagram detailing the dimensions of the Dexter Axle Item # 8327834 you were looking at. If you would like to email me your current axle and spring dimensions I would be happy to make some recommendations for you about the suspension, hub, tire, and axle components you will be needing .
