A trailer that sways or bounces under weight can make towing stressful. This 7,000-lb axle keeps things steady with a 94" hub-face-to-hub-face length and a 79" spring-center spacing that’s built for balanced support. The 3" diameter axle beam is made from high-strength steel and includes welded spindles and spring seats for solid mounting. Packing bearings can be a chore, but this axle comes with the work done. The cast iron hubs arrive pre-greased with bearings, races, seals, and lug nuts already installed. Reliable braking is built in. The electric brake assemblies mount directly to the axle—no hydraulic lines or actuators needed. They include adjuster plugs and hardware for simple installation and can be manually adjusted as needed to maintain consistent brake feel and control while towing.
Each component is engineered for long-term dependability. The hubs and drums are made from sturdy cast iron, and the patented welds on the spindles are 40% stronger to prevent failure under load. This axle meets CSA, QAI, and SAE-N certifications for safety and braking performance, proving it’s been tested to hold up on real roads.
Loading cargo or equipment is simpler when the trailer sits right. The underslung layout has the spring seats welded to the underside of the axle, letting leaf springs (sold separately) mount below. It lowers the ride height for easier loading and a stable center of gravity while keeping everything solidly supported.

1 Year in and still going strong. These axles carry a Kubota KX033 excavator with extra buckets, hydraulic concrete breaker hundreds of miles each week.
