For the 315/40R21 size tires on your 2021 Mercedes-Benz GLE350 I recommend going with the Konig Premium Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH02230K77 for a few reasons; the first is that this is a premium tire chain that installs on the front-facing side of the tire/wheel and the tire tread so you don't have to worry about clearance, and the second is that this is the only chain set that will fit your specific tire size.

The initial installation of these chains does take a little bit of setup so I do recommend installing them once in your garage or at home. After you've done everything once this chain system installs really easily. We don't have a video of this being installed on a Mercedes-Benz right now (October 2021) but I'm attaching an installation video where I put these on a 2020 Audi Q7 for you to check out and get my thoughts on this system.

I did check your online owner's manual for any specific installation instructions and the manual said to only install chains on the rear tires and to check with your local dealer to make sure any tire chains will be safe to use.
