When your RV stove wont light or the flame cuts out while cooking, you're stuck restarting or watching it constantly. This one lights with a push button and shuts off gas if the flame goes out, so you can keep cooking without interruption.
If a burner goes out unexpectedly, gas can continue flowing without you noticing. The integrated Flame Sense system detects when there is no flame and shuts off the gas supply. This is especially important in enclosed RV spaces where airflow and movement can affect the flame.
You don't need a lighter or match to start the burners. The piezo ignition creates a spark when you press the button, lighting the gas directly at the burner. If power is disconnected, you can still manually light it if needed.
The oven operates within a 350°F to 475°F range, which is typical for propane RV ovens. Lower temperature cooking is limited compared to residential ovens, so baking at precise lower temps may require adjustment or monitoring.
The 2-piece tempered glass cover folds up as a splashguard while cooking and folds down to cover the burners when not in use. When closed, it creates a flat surface that can be used for light prep or additional counter space.
This unit uses 12V DC power for ignition and control features like the LED knobs and oven light. The cooking functions themselves run on propane, but the electrical connection is required for normal operation of these components.
The oven cavity measures 17" wide x 14-3/16" deep x 12-7/8" high with four rack positions and one included rack. This size works for smaller pans and baking dishes, but larger items may require repositioning or careful placement.

Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this Furrion propane RV range with glass cover. And this is in black, as you can see. So this is a compact RV range that's designed to fit right into most standard RV kitchen opening. So insulation is gonna be pretty straightforward without needing major modifications on the cooktop.
Lemme give you an overhead view of that. We're gonna have three burners. So let me open up our cover here and I'll talk about that cover in just a minute. So as you can see, we've got three burners there and the front burner's going to be a bit stronger, running at 8,000 BTU, which is gonna be great for things like boiling water or cooking quickly. And then the two rear burners are gonna be set at 6,500 BTU.
And that's gonna be for each of those two burners. That's 6,500 BTU. So that's gonna be perfect for simmering or everyday cooking. As you can see, we do have this steel grate here. So this is going to be robust enough to hold your pots and pans.
It can be easily removed when you want to do some cleaning. And what I like about this, this grate here, is that the holes that it pegs into have rubber isolators, if you want to call it that. And that's gonna prevent this from rattling. So I'm giving this a pretty good shake, and this is not going to be rattling around on top of this when you're going down the road. Now we got this really great glass cover here and that's going to give you a practical touch in that when you're not cooking, it's gonna fold down, just as you saw, and give you some extra counter space.
And then going back up out to my wide view here, when you fold this up, this is going to act as a splash guard there in the back. So really practical, really cool. And since this is a a glass cover, it's kind of classy too and it's got kind of like rubber stops here for lack of a better description here that's going to keep that cover down and in place so you're not gonna have to worry about that accidentally popping open. So again, this is what it's gonna look like when it's closed on top. And then I wanted to give you a closeup view as well. And this does feature the Piezo ignition. I don't think I ever say that correctly. So you have that here and then you've got your knobs here as well. So you're not gonna need a lighter or matches to get the burners going. And also, this also has built-in safety features. If a flame ever goes out, the system's gonna automatically shut off the gas to prevent leaks. I wanted to show you here, even with my bright studio lights on here, it looks like you can see that I got this hooked up to my power source and the knobs are lit up blue and I'm gonna turn my studio lights off so you got a better view of that. So again, they're lit up blue, but then when you turn one on, they're gonna turn red just like that. I'm gonna do that with this as well. So you're gonna know at a glance when you have a burner on and then when everything is blue, that means everything's turned off on the burner side. I'm gonna open up our range here and I just wanted to give you a good view of the light inside as well. Now, rarely does light like this transfer well over camera, but inside, you have a clear view of what's going on inside of that oven with that light on. So I'm a big fan of that. I'm gonna go ahead and turn my studio lights back on here. There we go. And you can still see that oven light in there. I wanted to show you, we've got a switch here. Now the switch is all the way down. When it's all the way down, your knobs and the interior light of the oven's gonna be on. And then when you rock that into the middle, that's gonna shut all of your lights off. And then when you rock that all the way up, that's just going to turn your knobs on. So you have the ability to shut all that off if you want, to save juice. But really cool, everything is gonna be basically black on black here. So you've got a black handle, you've got black knobs and you've got a black oven overall here for the front and for the top. So this is gonna virtually blend in with just about any interior that you have going on in the kitchen of your RV. Now as for the oven, it's a pretty decent size for an RV oven. The cubic feet is 1.79, so it can handle temperatures from 350 up to 475 degrees Fahrenheit, which covers most baking needs. And this runs on a 7,100 BTU burner. Inside, this is the size to fit typical small dishes. I took some measurements of the oven before our time together, looking at the overall width, about 17 inches, the overall depth, about 14 inches, and then the overall height, about 13 inches. So that's gonna close and open very easily. Let me go ahead and go back out to my wide view here. I'm going to disconnect this from power 'cause I do have this on a turntable, and I just kind of want to give this a spin so you can get a full view of everything. As you can see, this is where you're gonna hook up your 12 volt power, your propane. So it should be a relatively simple hookup. One other thing I wanted to mention is just the overall measurements. So looking at the overall width from end to end, right at about 21 and a half inches wide, and then let me measure the depth this way 'cause I'm gonna try to include that oven handle there. Might be kind of tricky, but looks like in regards to the depth, about 21 and three quarters inches deep and then the height, about 20 inches tall. Well I think that's gonna wrap up our quick look today. I do hope that our time together was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
