Question:

I have a wiring harness for a 2019 highlander. Does not work. I have power to the factory plug ,nothing out of the harness to the trailer connector. fuse is fine. Suggestions before I send it back. Thanks

Since you have already established that the fuse is fine and power is running to the connection for the harness there is not much else that can be done. I suggest double checking all of the connections to make sure they are secure. I would unplug each one and plug it back in to make sure they are fully seated. If that does not solve the problem, it is more than likely a bad wiring harness.

If you are planning to replace it, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118449 instead of the Hopkins. We have found Tekonsha to be the most reliable when it comes to wiring. This basically has the same installation process, so it will be quick and easy.
