Needing some air bags on my 2022 F-250 Super Duty 4x4 with the B and W gooseneck. What can I use?

I recommend going with Firestone air bags. They will fit with the B&W Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116 on your 2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4x4 and they are the most reliable option on the market due to their enhanced construction which includes a double-convoluted shape with a braided wire girdle, and the crimp-rolled seal that keeps the bags securely anchored to the metal end plates.
The Firestone air bags that fit your vehicle come in the following options:
Ride-Rite 5K Rating - # F35FV
Ride-Rite Red Label 7.5K Rating - # F95FV
In addition to all of this I also recommend checking out the Firestone Air Command II # F2219. This gives you a dual functioning compressor kit so that you can adjust your air bags at will instead of planning a stop to the nearest air compressor (at home or at a gas station).
