How do I remove them wont pull out is there a lick clip, also my turn signals on my trailer do not work

Yes, there is a release lever on the side of the Blue, 4 Terminal relay from the Curt Relay Kit # C57000 that you will need to push down in order to release.
In regard to your turn signals not working you should start by, if you haven't already, disconnecting the trailer from the vehicle and using a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to check the functions on your vehicle side connector. Ensure your connectors are clean and free from any dirt or corrosion.
It may also be a ground issue, make sure your ground wires are grounded to a clean bare metal surface free from rust or other debris.
Finally, inspect that your wires are correctly wired. The green wire should be the right turn signal/brake light, the yellow wire should be the left turn signal/brake lights, the brown wire should be the taillights/running lights, and the white wire should be your ground wire.
