I have been looking at the Curt A20 5th wheel hitch for my 2022 Ram 2500. I just want to be sure that it will fit correctly because I have the short bed with the factory puck system.

But for the Curt A20 to work you will need the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider - Ram Towing Prep Package # C16022 which is specially designed to attach to the receivers in your Ram factory-installed, underbed 5th-wheel towing prep package.

To make hooking up your 5th wheel trailer wiring easier I recommend the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness # C56000 which allows you to move your 7-way connector up to the bed of your truck, while maintaining use of your Ram's factory 7-way.
