The BAK Revolver X4s Hard Tonneau Cover is a great option for trucks with fifth wheel hitches as you can secure the cover at the cab when towing, the cover sits flush to the bed so there won't be clearance issues with the hitch when closed, and it has a hard shell so it will provide security with the tailgate shut and locked. It also rolls up like a soft cover for ease of use. The correct one is part # BAK99ZR for 6-3/4' beds or part # BAK49ZR for 8' beds.
