Question:
What’s the best way to cut roadmaster roadwing mud flaps.

Expert Reply:
I would start by measuring from the top of the cross bar to the ground on the RoadMaster RoadWing Removable Mud Flap System for Full Size Trucks - 77" # RM-4400. Then using some painters tape mark the mud flap about 1-2 inches from the ground. Now take a utility knife or a razor and making several light cuts or slices work your way through the mud flap taking your time and using proper protective gear like gloves and safety glasses.
Once you are about half way through you can begin to fold the mud flap at the cut and that will help you make better cuts and speed up the process.
It is a harder material and you will need to take your time so you do not hurt yourself.
I linked a video that will also walk you through the cutting process.
