Does my 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 need a power adapter for the 7 way? I know the newer trucks have a power interrupter but I cannot find anything on 2016. I bought a née camper and a furrion s7 camera and no power

Also, depending on the way it was wired the camera will only have power running to when you're either in reverse or when your headlights are turned on if it was wired to the running lights.
