I'm assuming you're speaking of the clearance between the top of the tire and the fender/wheel well. Four inches of clearance between the tire/fender and two inches clearance to the inside is what we typically want to see, but 3 inches to the top would be the absolute minimum.

What tire size are you currently running? If you're running a 175/80-13 like the # A13RWMQ you'd looked at, and you currently have 3 inches clearance between the top of the tire and the underside of the fender/wheel well and at least two inches between the inside sidewall and the trailer frame, you'll be fine. You won't want to go with a larger or wider tire than what you currently have.
