I have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L with flush mounted side rails. Please recommend a roof rack system and kayak carrier for my vehicle that is available now. Prefer an easy load solution. Thank you.

The best easy-load kayak carrier solution is the Thule Hullavator part # TH898 that you referenced which makes loading kayaks much easier as you only have to load them at about waist height and then push the rack and kayak up to the roof with the gas assisted struts.
Then for a roof rack for your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L with flush rails the Yakima Jetstream roof rack part numbers # Y00425, # Y00148, and # Y00245 is the best option since it has channels on top of the load bars for the carrier to attach to. This is the easiest way to install the Hullavator and also allows it to mount very securely.
