For a gooseneck to 5th wheel trailer that you can use, the recommended option simply depends on the shape of your gooseneck tube, whether it is square or round. The inside dimension of a square gooseneck tube should be 4 inches, while the inside dimension of a round gooseneck tube should be 4 inches in diameter.

If that's what you have you can use one of the following:

- Round Tube: Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter # KPG5-R25-IP

- Square Tube: Gooseneck to 5th Wheel Trailer Coupler Adapter # KPG5-Q25-IP
