Question:

Ive got a Yakima roof top tent and would like to mount his over my F250 Tremor truck bed. Will this ladder rack allow me to do that while safely using my roof top tent?

The Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH27000XT could work for mounting a rooftop tent on your 2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty, but you will want to check a few things first. This system is rated for 800lbs which is more than enough for a tent, but the crossbars are 4" wide which is typically too wide for a tent. The crossbars do feature the common t-slot channel on top, so if your tent utilizes t-slot bolts then this would work.

If your tent can only be clamped onto crossbars, then you will want a thinner crossbar such as what comes with the Adarac Pro Series Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A4000958. This system is rated for 500lbs which is still plenty for a tent, and the square crossbars are 1-1/2" by 1-1/2". I attached a couple demonstration videos for you to check out.
