My research indicates that your Flagstaff 176ED used a 3500 lb axle with a leaf spring suspension. The # LC382741 riser kit is designed for a torsion axle, and wouldn't work with a leaf spring suspension.
If your suspension is currently set up so that the leaf springs are mounted BELOW the axle, you can use an over under conversion kit, part # K71-384-00 to relocate the springs to the top of the axle tube. This will gain your a height increase equivalent to the 2-3/8 inch axle diameter plus the thickness of the spring pack.
