How Does Cover of Solera Power Awning Head Remove
Published 09/14/2021 >
Question:
I just purchased solera electric awning rails to replace carefree rails. This is a stupid question but how do you separate the covers to the plastic head covers. There are no screws but their is two slots on one side of the head cover. Looks like you can put a small screwdriver in there and they would separate but I am afraid I will break it. Thanks.

To remove the cover of a Solera power awning head # LC289561 you do need to insert a slot screwdriver into the slots you mentioned to gently pry the cover off. The trick is to go slow and not force anything and you won't break anything.
