what is the wire gauge of this MC4 cable? amp rating? will it have DC voltage ?

The Replacement MC4 Negative Cable for Go Power Solar Charging Systems # GP34ZR is 10 gauge wire, there is not a specified amp rating as they are replacements used with the Go Power solar controllers which are rated for amps, and it does not have DC voltage it connects between the controller and solar panel.
