Install Thule Hullavator on 2021 Subaru Forester with Factory Roof Rack

Question:

I purchased a set up earlier this year for my 2013 GMC Terrain that included the Thule Hulavator. I am getting a new car, a 2021 Subaru Forester and I want to move the Hulavator over to the new Subaru. I am leave the roof rack on the GMC and getting a factory installed side rails with crossbars on the new Subaru. Is there anything I need to address or purchase to move the Hulavator onto the new car?

I checked with Thule and since there isn't a way to attach the Thule Hullavator part # TH898 to the factory crossbars of your 2021 Subaru Forester you'd have to also install a Thule Wingbar roof rack part # TH711200 and # TH710401 to attach the carrier. The Hullavator requires aftermarket bars that stick out past the feet of the rack several inches is why the OEM rack wouldn't work.
