I have a baseplate and adapter from a 2000 Grand Vitara. Will it fit a 2004 Grand Vitara?

The base plate kit for a 2004 Suzuki Grand Vitara is different from the kit for a 2000 Suzuki Grand Vitara and these are not interchangeable.
For a 2004 Suzuki Grand Vitara the correct base plate kits are part # 1011-3 or 1011-5.
