Yes, the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches will work with your 2 Specialized Como 3 step-thru bikes. Your bikes' frames will be able to attach to the adjustable cradles on the mast of the rack. One thing to note about the EasyFold XT is that it has a maximum per-bike weight capacity of 65 pounds. I recommend you check with your bike's owner's manual to confirm that your weight falls under this maximum.
